Communication has different levels. On the cognitive information level, we announce what we want the other person to understand. At the same time, however, emotions and needs also resonate on a deeper level. This level is unconscious and difficult to control. However, it is often decisive in how we are perceived and assessed by other people - also unconsciously and intuitively.

Innovative AI technologies and algorithms for language processing allow us today to analyze communication on a large scale and to create precise response profiles from it.

I use an AI profiler, which was co-developed with a university of applied sciences and IBM experts, to validate which target groups organizations actually communicate with and how they are perceived.
